Mystery Shopping followed by a coaching or feedback session adds value to your mystery visits. This will be done by a trained coach. The main advantage of these visits is that the feedback is given immediately after the visit, so that the employee still has all details of the visit in mind.
Once the visit has been carried out, the mystery coack is revealed as such to your employee. The mystery coach then reviews his visit, explaining how he feels as a customer. This method allows the employee to listen to the experience of the mystery coach, and to understand what may or may not have impacted any feeling of well-being during the visit.
Following this feedback, the mystery coach establishes an action plan with your employee that will enable him/her to implement actions to support him/her in his/her professional development.
