Sylvie has been working at TLS since its inception in 2007. Prior to TLS, Sylvie worked for 3 years as a mystery shopper and coach.

As an Associated Director, she is a driving force in the realization of projects in different countries. She is responsible for planning, coordination, project execution and quality follow-up.

Outside of TLS, Sylvie particularly enjoys travelling and gastronomy.
